Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My 11 year old daughter has always slept in my bed, but her father's girlfriend thinks it's illegal. Is it illegal for children to sleep in the same bed as their parent in the state of Massachusetts, aka co-sleeping?

It is not illegal but it is not healthy. In a custody contest a parent who shares a bed with an 11 year old child could easily lose custody.
