my 17 year old wants to live with her friend and still aattends school everyday, does my exhusband still hjave to pay child support til she graduates next June 1st?

Your ex husband must continue to pay child support until a court agrees to modify the current child support order. I am not sure that staying with a friend would ultimately relieve him of his responsibility.
