My 15 year old son got a soon to be 18 year old girl pregnant. What are his rights?

I assume you mean his rights as a father? His rights as a father could include: visitations, custody and child support. He would also want to have a GMT done if he is not sure if the child is actually his. Seek the advice of counsel as these matters can become complex and emotional very easily.
