17 year old son wants to move out

my son is 17 and is verry responsable and would like to move out and be on his own if he has my concent can he with out going to court

It would be difficult to stop your son. However, his other parent may then object that he/she should not be paying child support. If your son essential emancipates himself, he may wind up on his own. This of course depends on the actual facts.

As a practical matter, he can move. Your son may have problems signing any legal documents since he must be 18 years old.
