Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I am 60 years old. Married for 39 years. My husband will be 62 this April and planning to retire. I'm a housewife and work partime as a hairdresser. Our marriage is heading for divorce. When he retires will I be eligible for half of his retirement income or do I have to wait till I'm of retirement age?
