im 17 years old and i have a son
im 17 years old and i have a son his dad is always in the streets with his friends he almost hit me one day so i called the police they are charging him with domestic violence his mom and him said that they are gonna go 2 court and get coustedy of my son by saying im a bad mother what do i do?

You should first calm down. Threats of this type are common.
You should seek the help of an attorney. Your parents should be involved, if you have a relationship with them. If you and they cannot pay, most counties in Massachusetts have legal aid services which help victims of domestic violence, or you can seek an attorney in your area to assist you "pro bono." If you need further direction in this regard, please feel free to contact any of the attorneys on this board in your area, as most will perform some amount of pro bono work.

They can try but I would advise you to get an attorney to help you contest this. They will have to show that you are unfit and that it is in the best interests of the child for the father to have physical custody. This is very difficult to prove. I would say they have an uphill battle.
