Since the child is in your custody, absent a court order, you have the ability to deny the father visitation with your child. I do however suggest that you file a complaint for child support. If he is the father of your child, he should be ordered to financially support your child. Child support and visitation rights are dealt with separately and are not one and the same.

The father has no visitation rights until the court orders he has them. You should file a complaiint for child support. You should also seek to control any visitation to a level that is appropriate and in your child's best interest. I suggest you contact an attorney ASAP for assistance.
