my 14yr old wants to live with her dad

I have a stable home,her father doesn't

I have had custudy of her for 12yrs with no problems

how do I build my case to prove I have the stable home?

If this is a Massachusetts case, you simply obtain the facts that show that the father's home is not at all a suitable place for a 14-year-old girl. However, the courts are sensitive to the "two-foot rule." That's the unwritten rule that a kid who runs away with her own two feet is a kid who may be better off in the less stable home, at lest for the moment.

You may need to ask the court for a GAL investigation.

You should obtain legal representation, as these are often tough battles.
