Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

my 15 yr old sister lives in a home where ur mother is emotionally verbally and sometimes physically abused but her boyfriend of 12 yrs. Just recently my sister feels like she has had enough of watching this abuse. She decided not to come home from school today. Instead of her going to a friends house or walking the street I told her id rather have her come to my home ( im 21 and have a stable home). I am ready to fight for her to be able to permanantly live with me but I am not sure of a 15 yr olds rights as far as leaving home, even in a bad home situation. Can my mother force her to come home tonight? What can my mother and her boyfriend try to take her out of my home in the next few days?

A court will listen to a 15 year old's preference as to living conditions.
