Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My 14yr old step daughter is in foster care in MA. Her father voluntarily signed off her parental rights and her mother is not able to get her back any time soon. We have a very strong bond to one another. I would like to know if I have a right to have her come and live with me?

Have you spoken to the agency that placed her?

You could ask for placement in the Family Court.
