Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Please help!!!!!

I have a 15 yr.Old child who is considered to be a voluntary and resides in a residential program, i was threatened by dcf that if i didn't sign a voluntary they would file a c&p against me....During this time the dcf has violated the hippa act as well as place my child in a residential program which is causing my child physical abuse to the point where he has been brought to the emergency room at wing memorial hospital.... What can i do?
