adult child forced out of house

if you have a verbally abusive child that does not pay anything and lives home for free, is very disruptive but has 19 month old baby that you adore how do you make her leave?

There are a number of ways to make her leave, but it depends first on the "adult" child's age. Assuming she is 18 or older you can tell her to leave and if she refuses have her removed by authorities.

However, she will take her baby with her. This is less a legal issue as it is a family matter. If you want to take custody of your grandchild this is something different.

I agree and I do handle these type of cases. A major issue is exactly what is the verbal "abuse." If you are concerned that the daughter's action is detrimental or bad for her infant, there are at least two options. Guardianship petition is certainly one of them.
