Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

I need some advice. My kids were removed from my home after my dauhter felt from the bed. She received a skull fracture. i have court on wednesday. DSS has made it very clear that they want to speak to me first thing tomorrow morning. One day before court. I dont understand whats going on or wht my rights are

You need to retain an attorney. Usually DCF will file a 51A and if you have no funds, the court will appoint an attorney for you. Be extremely careful about your interviews with DCF. Get legal advice and if you have any questions contact me.
