affair before seperation
My brother is going through a tought time with his devorcie.
He has been at my Dads house for 6mth and has gone to court for temp. custody and child support. He is paying 500 a week and bringing home 700. His finances are exhosted and he is a rock bottom.This weekend he went to pick up his children at 8 in the morning it was daylight savings so it was really 7.He was greated by his wife and her boyfriend waving at him as he picked up his daughter.He isn't alowed in the driveway because of a restraining orde. The restraining order was withdrawn in court when he signed temp orders for support. He is a great dad but Im afraid he is ready to quit his job and go to jail. Is this legal for her to have someone staying at the maratial house before they are devorced?

You mention issues that appear to be all over the place. If you brother has not already done so, he needs to hire a lawyer. If he has a lawyer, then these are questions that you should be posing to him.
Quitting his job and going to jail would be an unwise move.
