alimony
In a pending divorce.If my wife doesn't agree to sign
not to seek alimony,can she in say 10 or 15 years from now seek alimony for what ever reasons.

She can't seek alimony for what ever reason. She can seek alimony if there has been a material change of circumstances that create a need for alimony.
