Amancipation

I want to get amancipation. But I dont know where how to do this or ghet all the information I need.

You can go to the Mass Trial law library online and get the information. One thing you will have to show is the ability to support yourself to the satisfaction of the court. You also need to be at least 16 1/2 years old.

I am not sure why you want emancipation, but it is important you have valid reasons for such action. Merely saying my parents will not let me hang with my friends or will not let me work after school is not going to do the trick. You will have to show a reason that the court will deem as a justification for such action.
