My son as recently married and within a month she no longer wants to be. They have a child. Have been together for 3 years. No mutual property, loans, bills together. What can we do

You will need to get a divorce.

This is probably a case for divorce rather than annulment. An annulment can be granted when there was some sort of fraud or deceit in the marriage. There are other situations as well but if they have a child and simply wishes not to be married anymore, it is probably best to get a divorce.

Annulments can only happen when there is a marriage that never was legal. They also cannot happen when there is a child. Your son needs a divorce lawyer.
