annullment
If you are married to a man who is already married but he gets an annullment from the first wife after you have been married are you legally married?

I believe that the answer is yes. This is certainly an unusual situation. I recall that once the impediment is removed, the marriage is valid. If this is a critical question, email or call me and I will look it up.
