Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

annulment

I found out my husband was never

divorced from his first wife. I was told I

don't need to get an annulment since

our marriage is not legal. What do I do

to legally show we are not married?

Re: annulment

I am not sure that is correct. I think that you were misled, and the record shows that you were married. Ergo, you do need to annul the marriage.

Who told you this?
