appeal or retrial
in a care and protection case siting i might be manic. really retaliation for a bia venue allowing 34 yr. old man to kidnap my 14 yr. old daughter by following her sch. bus to take custody. the child came home 4 mos. into a 8 mo. service plan by the state with out the courts or police or dss. for this she was a yr. later accused of stealing class ring along with other girls. they walked we sat along with grandson from another daughter for 7 hrs. only for them to be taken siting i might be manic. been 4 yrs. during this time i found out i had for 15 yr. sm cell lung cancer from benzene radon arsinc etc. they took both granadon i had since 9 mos. he is now 8 taken at 6 yrs. they want to adopt him out now due to time only. i committed no crime. daughter's both testified. one worker had only good to say she was told not to speak. head start teachers. etc. no one could testify. my atty. comes from back pocket of judge. i had i allowed both cases to be in this juvi. one but no evidence i have recordings etc. were taken by atty. i went to commis. of miscon. on 2 judges in first case. started when i called police who told daughter not to say another word and he would get her out for the nite he placed a 51a daughter out of control

I did not fully understand your letter. There were too many shortened words. I suspect that you were represented by counsel, possibly a court appointed one. If true, you can ask that person to file the necessary notice of appeal or new trial. Usually after filing the motions, an appellate counsel will review and possibly assume the case for further proceedings.
Were you to pay for an appellate attorney yourself, it would cost a considerable amount of money.
