my name appears on the birth certificate of a child who was born in maine three years ago. Child moved with mother to MA in January. DNA test this August states I am not biological father. MA now wants me to pay child support. What rights to I have?

I assume you were not married at the time the child was born. If DNA shows you are not in the father of the child, you have a right to challenge the paternity of the child. I would retain an attorney for assistance ASAP.
Mass as a concept called de facto parent that can be used against you.

You remain liable for child support as a de facto parent unless and until you challenge paternity based on the DNA evidence in a patermity action. You should retain an attorney immediately.
