If you have custody of an 18 year old boy and they reside in the same house as the parent is the parent responsible for his actions arrested for possession of alchol

No adult is responsible for another adult's crime based on mere residence. However, if the facts suggest complicity (purchase under circumstances suggesting an attempt to circumvent the law for the child), the parent could be responsible.

As an adult your child's arrest is his problem. However, if you provided him with the alcohol or purchased it for him you may have some problems.
