If an attorney is employed for a company. Can this same attorney represent the owner of the company's wife for a divorce? Is this a conflict of interest? What happens if he does represent her?

This situation will be fact specific, but it certainly sounds as though there may be a conflict of interest. Any legal conclusion will depend upon what you mean by "company", "owner", and "employed", among other factual details. Both parties should be represented, and I recommend retaining an attorney. More facts are needed to determine if there is a conflict of interest. However, there could be a conflict that needs to be waived or the attorney may not proceed to represent the wife.

I suggest you confer with an attorney and provide them with additional information.

I disagree. I see no conflict so far.
