When an attorney lies...
What do you do when you have proof that the opposing attorney lied? Who do you contact? The Bar Association? Nothing negative happened towards me it is the principle of it and the wool being pulled over the judges eyes to make me look bad. It has been almost a year and with each passing day I have more and more documentations to prove he lied. I wnat the judge to know the truth, I want the attorney to face consequences for being devious and lieing. Are attorney's on oath as well?

An attorney who makes a representation to the court without a good faith basis for same may be held in contempt of court or be sanctioned under the Cannons of ethics. I would suggest you contact the MA Board of Bar Overseers to discuss the matter and file a complaint. They will advise you as to what they will need to proceed with an investigation of your complaint.
