Re: Attorney's Obligations?
No. An attorney cannot report past crimes of his clients. If the attorney discovered the crime in the course of handling a divorce and found that the husband engaged in tax fraud without the knowledge of the wife (his client) he could report the crime. The husband is not a client of the attorney.

Re: Attorney's Obligations?
Attorneys are not permitted to report past crimes by clients. If they did so, nobody would ever hire a lawyer to defend themselves.
