Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My baby brother is 15 and his 4 month pregnant girlfriend are being withhed from seeing eachother by the girlfriends father, he says that they wont be able to see eachother untill the baby is dead do these two individuals have any legal rights, and how can they go about it?

Once the child is born your brother needs to file a petition for paternity and request visitation.
