babys fatther

im a mom of a baby girl she lives wiht me but the father hasnt been able to take his dughter . We havent gone to curt for nothing if i let my baby with her father and if he saids he wont bring her back home at the time i gave him to bring my dughter back would i be albe to do anything? We havent gone to curt for any paper work so i dont have nothign that sais she lives with me but evryone knows she does.

You are presumed to have sole physical, sole legal custody as a matter of law if you are not married to the father. Nonetheless, you should obtain a lawyer and get matters resolved with court orders. Based on your zip code, the Worcester County Probate and Family Court has jurisdiction.
