Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

we have beach house that is only in my husbands name and I was told that because it was an inheritance I am not entitled to any of it...is this true?

No, this is not true. If your husband has filed for divorce, or you believe that he may file for suit, you should speak with an attorney.
