Birth Certificate Name Change

At what age can you change your last name on your birth certificate to your real father's last name?

Re: Birth Certificate Name Change

You can change your own name to anything you desire, if you are over 18. However, the correction of the birth record would require more, if I understand what you want, because it could subject the genetic father to liability. Does everyone involved (mother, legal dad, and bio dad) agree?
