Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My boyfriend is separated from his wife but still legally married. His 4 year old daughter lives with her and he pays her child support faithfully. She has suddenly decided to stop allowing visitation (not set up yet thru the court system) because she is bitter and spiteful. She is sending him a summons on the pretense that he can see her but only at HER HOUSE on supervision which is extremely weird. She is going to use false implications such as he does drugs (which is absolutely not true) in order to try to get the court to side with her. I believe she is going to be shot down in flames but any helpful advice in this area would be greatly appreciated.

She may not be shot down in flames-Judges will listen to what the Plaintiff is saying and generally give credit to the complaint. Hire an attorney to present the case properly or this may go the wrong way for him-774-745-0562.
