Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts
Can my boyfriends ex restrict or stop visitation, if he is involved with me since I have 2 Dui's over 12 years ago, and no criminal record since. Can she have my record brought up?

Only a judge can change visitation. She can ask the judge to make an order. Without more tha 12 year old convictions, it seems unlikely that a judge will make a change.

She can try, but unless there is more information of a more recent nature to show that there is a potential harm to the child, she is unlikely to succeed. If she does this on her own, you should file for contempt.
