Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

so I call the court and found out I have a court date at the end of te month for modification of child support but the kicker is my ex husband has not have me served yet I took it upon myself to call to see if he had filed anything against me, so my question is if he doesn't serve me and I show up anyway and tell the judge this how much will this impact the case?? will he lose based on this???

It could be that you'll be served in the next couple of weeks. Nonetheless, it will have minimal impact on your case.
