If there is a case and two different motions for two different days how do i go about having them be heard on the same day

You need to file a "Motion to Consolidate" the motions with the court where the motions are scheduled to be heard. You should state a reason for the consolidation. Usually the reason is that the issues are related and it will be more efficient for the court to hear them on the same day. Depending on the court, you may need to present the motion to the judge. Either way, you should do this as soon as possible before the first motion is scheduled because if there is a change to either or both dates, you need to notify the other party within the required time period. You also need to notify the other party of the motion to consolidate.
