can you change your mind during the 90 day waiting period for divorce

You can ask the court to stop the divorce from entering as a final judgment. However, unless both parties want to stop the divorce, it is unlikely to happen because you changed your mind.

Yes, you can petition the court to not allow the judgment nisi to become a judgment absolute and if your spouse joins in the request the Court can reconsider the merits of the divorce, especially if it was solely based on an irretrievable breakdown of the marriage (No Fault-so called).
