changing court date
he i have a curt date on the 16 of may to modofi vistation my ex atorny wanted to change the date i said no can she make the court change the date with a motion

I have to assume that your ex's attorney has a legitimate scheduling conflict. She can certainly force the change by motion if that is the case.
If I read this correctly, you do not have an attorney yourself. You should get one to protect your interests at the later date that the court is likely to set.
