Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Child care issures

I believe my ex is trying to build a case against me pertaining to our child's behavior. She claims that the child only acts out when she comes home from a weekend stay at our home or during her weekly visit with us. She says that she is acting out in daycare and it get better towards the end of the week after we drop her off on Sunday. Does she have any legal right keep the children from seeing me? We are in counsiling with this child so I am trying to do everything possible for her.
