Re: child custody

Do you have joint legal AND joint physical custody of your daughter?

How old is your daughter?

It sounds as though your ex-husband did provide you with his permission to travel outside the Commonwealth on a temporary basis. Has he now said that he will not give his consent?

Is it possible to obtain the father's permission in writing?

Unless the agreement is in writing, and part of a court order, it is probably not enforceable.

I would sugg4est you file the necessary papers in court, seeking permission to take this vacation.
