If I recieve Full physical and leagel custody of my three childre am I alowed to leave the state of Massachusetts?

After a custody matter is filed in court, neither parent can remove the children from Massachusetts without permission of the other parent or a judge. You need to get permission from one of these to move the children out of state.

If one parent objects to the relocation of the children to another state, it is necessary to go back to probate court in order for a judge to decide where the children should reside.
