child custody

there are temporary orders for father and mother(me) to keep children in marital home and father and mother are each there for half of the week. i need this changed as 2 51A's have been reported to the states social services agency. one report charges neglect by the father of all 6 children and other report charges physical abuse of one of our daughters by the father

You need to file an emergency motion with the court explaining this situation and seeking to change the temporary orders.

Gregory was correct but incomplete.

ANother option is to file for a restraining order in the behalf of the children.

You have not stated what the abuse was. You have not said if the complaints are valid. You have not said who filed the 51a. All of these factors are part of being to assess the situation and which steps to take.
