child suport and dna test

my son is 22 years old and he works part-time he trying to go to colledge, and help with the child but the girl does not want him to have nothing to do with the test child he needs to no how to get a dna test free.

Your son will have to file a complaint in the Probate and Family Court. He should consult an attorney in your area.

Most women are insulted by the insistence on a DNA test, and the truth is that most women know who the father is. However, your son has every right to certainty before he accepts the legal and emotional obligations of paternity.
