Is there any child support after the age of 18 and graduation. (never married and live out of state)

It depends on what your child support order says, if you have one. In Massachusetts, a child support court order can be valid until the child is considered emancipated, which does not necessarily occur at a specific age. For instance, if the child is attending college full-time, and is under 23, than the child is not considered emancipated and therefore should still be receiving child support. All child support orders are modifiable depending on the circumstances in each situation.
