Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

Child Support and ankle bracelets

If a judge ordered a defendent to get a job to pay more in child support, if the person did not get a job yet can the judge order him to wear an ankle braclet? If he then decides to work for his father without being taxed, is that a form of complying? When he returns to court does he need a written aphadavid from his father sating this and would this comply with the judges orders?

Child Support and ankle bracelets

Probably not an ankle bracelet or an affidavit. What he probably needs is documents and information about he attempted to comply or complied with the order.

An ankle bracelet has nothing to do with trying to get a job. I am not sure why you would seek this solution?
