I need to get my case in front of a judge hopefully to explain what happened to owe all this money they say i owe.In order to take my case in front of a judge , i need a final determination from the DOR of Ma. But, they wont give me one. What can I do to get my case in front of a Judge?????? I have allready paid over $14,000 through tax intercepts, and a 25% INCREASE above and beyond my weekly payments for over 5 years. I only owed $5,000, and the DOR made the mistake in the first place. Desparitly need a Judge in Ma. Thanks joe--name removed-- [email protected]

you can do 2 things:

ask dor for a print out of all iutgoing and incoming funds, which you should check against what you know;

file an action in probate court against your spouse or ex spouse to get a determination of what is owed.
