I have chared physical custody of two children. Question can I give up full custody to the mother and not pay child support?

Even if you give up custody and the mother has full custody, you still have to pay your children child support.

No. In fact if the Support order was made to be less than the Guidelines would require because you were given shared custody, were you to surrender full physical custody to the mother, your child support might be increased to the full amount required by the guidelines.
