Child Support Confusion

The CS guidelines do not apply if there is shared physical custody.

What happens where there are 2 children where, 1 child is joint physical custody, and 1 child is sole physical custody of one parent. Both are joint legal. Do the guidelines appy for 1 child, or 2?

The child support here will be a matter of judicial discretion. The Guidelines will be consulted in the process, but not controlling.
