child support and custody

i live in mass. work 3rd shift. kids sleep in their own bed mom comes up when their sleeping i come back they stillin bed do i have to change shift to have custody

Do you have custody now? Or you have custody when they are sleeping? The shift you work shouldn't effect the type of custody you have.
