child support and disability

My ex wife doesn't pay me child support. I am going to court soon and I want to know how much money I can get from here even though she is on disability?

If your wife does not have the ability to pay child support to your children, then going to court may be a waste of your time and money.

Assuming there is some order in place, it will be modified upon a showing of a change of circumstances of the parties.
