Can my husbands ex wife use my income to determin her child support?

No. Your income is not part of the income used in "Guidelines" calculations.

However, a judge has the power to determine that your support of your husband is significant enough that your husband's support should be higher than Guidelines would normally require. This is a discretionary determination. It is a rare occurrence, usually, requiring that you have a substantial income (e.g., $100,000 plus), and Husband's income is comparatively low. This sort of approach is also far more likely if Husband is earning (or reporting earnings) less than he has the reasonable ability to pull in.
