child support

father has custody two children i am noncustodial mother who lives out of state. wage assignment for child support. in compliance with ohio and mass. DOR/CSE. father has capias for me for arrearages. this was not issued by DOR

Re: child support

The father has apparently filed a Contempt action. The COurt that issued the child support order has the right to supervise your compliance. You should get an attorney's help and deal with this.
