Re: Child Support
You are not required to make payments for your husband. Your husband or if he gives you a power of attorney can file for a temporary modification of child support.
If your husband is getting disability, unemployment or social security payments you will need to disclose that aa well as filing out a new financial statement for him.
Good Luck.
Re: Child Support
Your husband should immediately seek to reduce his child support payment. You are not responsible for supporting his children of a prior relationship, but you should not wait long to file and serve a modification complaint.
You should get a lawyer's help, and you should have the essential medical reports ready.
Re: Child Support
You SHOULD and MUST file a complaint for Modification tomorrow at the Court that has jurisdiction over this matter.

Your Husband or his attorney should file a complaint for Modification immediately to reduce the support which you are not obligated to pay. Good Luck!
